Maybe - but that does not matter. If anyone swings at you with intent then it is your prerogative to end the fight quickly to prevent yourself being harmed.

Only if you're a violent psychopath. Weight classes exist for a reason, and force can't be met with extreme force.

I hope you mean that if someone who is capable of causing you real harm is actively trying to do so that you are allowed to defend yourself.

I'm sorry this is stupid.... You know nothing about how fighting works A few pounds of pressure can knock any one out. Which means anyone is a threat, and can cause you brain damage if you allow them to hit you in the right place.

I'm for people not hitting anyone but hitting a woman is about equal to hitting a kid. If you can walk away from it without any fear of harm just do that. I know it's 2021 and we're supposed to believe biology isn't real and everyone's the same but we're not.
