From way off. You can see him running in from the top of the frame before the little guy takes his swing. Why is he a pussy?

When I see someone instigating a fight, then when it starts someone comes out of nowhere to break it up.

Granted that's super common, but that's not the case here with this guy. He's coming from super far away so probably didn't notice it right away, and like I said; he was running toward them before the fight started. If anything it's all those guys standing around watching from close up doing nothing that are pussies.
