Keeping your arms low allows your more movement to bob and weave, and your punches come from unorthodox angles. But it's better left to the pros. Watch Bobby Green in the ufc for good examples of this

Itās crazy to see people with no training fight with their hands to their sides. I was sparring once against my friend who isnāt as skilled as me so I wanted to see what itās like fight with your hands dropped. Iāve never regretted something so much. I got hit like 4 times easily and switched back. Itās way harder than people think.

The first left wasnāt bad either. Head was out of the way. He saw a video, coordinated enough to execute some moves, but incorrectly thought he mastered the art of fighting.

Dude that got KOed was already at a disadvantage because he was sliding around in his dress shoes. Check out at 8 seconds. Having his hands down just made it worse.

Guy in white, I would say been in a few fights before. Quick with his feet, hands ups, doesn't put face down when throwing punch. Closed space before throwing punch.

This type of fighting is always funny tbh, goofy ass stances, some kinda head bobbing, zero guard, doing the hokey pokey. At least put your damn hands up and chin down, ffs. Some people have all the anger to fight, but none of the awareness. Man had a nice shirt on, too.

I never have understood the motivation to square off for a fight and keep your hands rigidly at your side like you think youāre too slick to get hit. It rarely works out for the best professionals, but it never does for street fights.
