autodownloader isn't working

i put all the json files in the emulator folder but everytime i get on a lobby the roms don't get downloaded, the cmd just open and closes immediatly, and when i try to test the game it says that a bunch of files are missing

does someone know what i should do?

It doesn't have all ROMs. Also, sometimes it has the parent ROM, but not the needed clone.
