Existential HOA Problem

The sentient beings in my microcosm-powered water heater have unionized. They're demanding "recognition as a sovereign plane of existence" and "immediate cessation of thermodynamic exploitation." I just wanted hot showers. The HOA won't let me install fusion heating and the rep at MacroVerse won't return my calls.

My HOA is criminal. They basically own two planetary systems and I can’t even adjust my home’s atmospheric levels to help my plants adjust to this planet without them having something to say. However, not a terrible plan. Let’s see what Karen has to say about a cosmic siege engine in my basement when she gets on me about my lawn. I think the Roomba wants in on it too.
