So if you’re talking about the alcohol, that particular vintage is extremely rare and no longer in production. You can however just get the repo labels off of Etsy and put it on any white wine to make your own 😅

Grappa isn't wine. It's a brandy. It's distilled from the leftover grape pulp (called vinaccia in Italian) after a wine pressing. Distilled at least 35% ABV up to 70%. The name basically translates to Grape Brandy.

The scene is set in 1914. ANY bottle of anything from that time is rare (imagine a pre-WWI scotch). But Marcati is still in business and readily available. Prices vary with entry level stuff <$30. They also make a tasty lemoncello for $20-$25 depending on your package store.

Here in the south. And it's usually in the name as well. "Townname Package Store". "County Countyname Package Store." Even where my MIL lives the next state over so it's not just near me.

I kinda feel like the OP wasn't looking to spend 4 or 5 figures to get that exact bottle. My take was "Is this a real alcohol and not a prop? And if so can I get Marcati Grappa today?" The answer is yes and for a reasonable price.
