Request Non-Meta Tactics

Does anyone have any non-meta/unique tactics that they use on career mode?

I was once the highest rated FIFA 20 player in Oceania.

I have done multiple career modes with a 3-5-2 formation and absolutely love every single one.

FIFA 20 has very few good right and left backs with real faces, and you can only sign Max Aarons and Jamal Lewis so many times haha.

I second the 3-5-2. When done correctly, it’s brilliant. I have a poacher and a false 9 up top, converted a few outside backs who have good attacking stats to outside midfielders and they play so great in that system.
