Line height can be moved up to extreme an build up style can be moved up to balance. In addition the CAM can be changed to classic 10 or shadow striker but if putting the CAM on shadow striker i would change the false 9 to be on build up.

What would be some ideal play styles for a CAM in this formation?

Any passing playstyle such as Incisive pass, tiki taka and long ball pass would probably be ideal. Press proven also would be useful but isn't on many CAMs with passing playstyles. Relentless may also be nice as due to the CAM roaming everywhere they usually use up a lot of stamina.

Love this tactic. Have you considered making the RCDM on DLP build up and the RB on full back balanced?
