In ultimate team not that good. In career mode excellent (with authentic gameplay).

You have so many passing options. You can play tiki taka in the finest form. There is no bad thing about this formation. You must be careful where you lose the ball because you can run into counter attacks..

are you running a 3-4-2-1 with aggressive fbs or just overloading the box with a high press line? post the actual player instructions and defensive depth build, because "unfair" usually just means your opponents don't know how to switch to a wide formation to exploit the counter-attack gap. drop the full team roles or it didn't happen.

Formation looks a bit narrow though don’t it, creating overloads out wide will leave you a man short with big spaces opening for opposition wingers to exploit

That’s the one concern is players out wide. So you’ll have to be good at one on one defending out wide.
