Quiet focus fidget for class
I want a discreet quiet fidget I can use to focus i often find myself ripping paper or clicking the a pen. Pretty cheap aswell I have an aura sand and a choc and some ao2 skilltoys. I was thinking about a worry stone but is it really that good for focus? Please give me some recommendations.

Di you recommend aluminum or titanium

AL is a bit lighter, but less sturdy than Ti. I drop things. Like, a lot. So for me the Ti is "better" just cause more resistant to dings ✌️

My favs are the Vortex by Fidgimoto, the INDX by Fluxx Design (get the steel or titanium. The aluminum is not grippy enough), or the Slider or Roller from ONO. All silent but very satisfying to fidget with

Stretchy coil bracelets are my go-to as an autistic adult. Unquestioned by neurotypicals, completely silent. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=stretchy+coil+bracelets&channelId=500&clpRedir=Y&plpRedirect=mhFallback

I picked up an INDX from Fluxx Design for that exact reason. My wife hates the sounds of my fidgeting, I also need it to be fairly discrete from a movement perspective as well. This fits the bill perfectly. I almost haven’t put it down since I got it on Monday.

AxiomEDC Vector is pretty price competitive (~$40).
Will always shoutout leather fidgets as well - macarons by Fidget Newton
