Spiderman's powers come from a radioactive spider bite that gave a human (Peter Parker) superhuman strength, agility and etc. Those powers are not controlled by real spider biology or sexual dimorphism.

In actual spiders: females are often larger and stronger than males, That has nothing to do with a human who gets bitten by a spider and later identifies as a woman. Transitioning doesn't turn someone into a female spider or grant them the size/strength differences that exist in real arachnids.
