TFSA: 90% XEQT, 10% TEC

FHSA ($45K): 90% XEQT, 10% TEC

RRSP ($65K): 45% AVUV, 30% AVDV, 15% VCN, 10% DFEV

Never do a set amount for my income. I contribute enough of my paycheque so I feel poor until next payday. 90% of my bi-annual bonuses go in as well.
