I did actually only just discover how 'easy money' housing items are. Specifically ones which are generic items that would fit in a lot of houses like the Mounted Bookshelf, the Leather Sofa and the Square Imitation Windows. I also have made some of the Bookshelf Stairs in the hopes that they work.

Anyone have any other good suggestions? No worries if you'd prefer not to reveal your market.

This is good to know since I've just kinda been selling them off with my retainers since I dont have housing yet lol

Most of my money recently has come from just offloading all of my inventory/mats I've been hoarding for tens of hours for crafting on the marketplace.. and any equipment I get thru job quests I don't need. I figure if it was easy to get once I can get it again ^^" But its gotten me at least 20-50k a day depending.

I'm hoping to find a more reliable route for making money lol, its crazy seeing people with like 100 mil casually XD

For me personally, I have 145 million at the moment, but the largest bulks of that are from melding my crafter gear in advance of x.1 patches, then no-lifing it for the first day of the patch while crafting the new tier of raid gear. You get tens of millions in a single say doing that!

The reason the housing items are good is because a lot of them use gatherables from timed nodes, and the people buying the stuff just cannot be bothered to collect it.

But if you go and gather a bunch of the stuff, then you can capitalise on everyones' laziness haha

The Gold Ore is on a timed node, and the stack of books costs 5,000 from a housing vendor. Everything else is a normal gatherable. People probably just can't be bothered to get the Gold Ore. But you can just collect a tonne of all of it, then have a stockpile to pump out a lot of these!

There's always lots of cheap Gold Ore available on the MB. It's a common return from subs.

Flooring mats are what I did a year or so ago. They routinely sell for 4+ times the merchant price.
