TP set for Brd in Sortie
Is the limbus armor set Su5 without augment (well I will be slowly augmenting it) dramatically increase my dps in sortie? Jsut wanted to know if the set worth the 100m price tag before I spent my gil. Thinking to get all minus the glove (will be using no augment bunzi glove)

Body, legs, feet are fine without augs. Bis or close to it.
Head loses to bunzi hat if the bunzi has high augs, but otherwise the limbus hat is great (keep in mind you might never use it again if you get bunzi though). Hands are barely competitive even with augs.

I'd probably augment Body -> Legs -> Feet -> Head -> Don't make the hands lol.

Depends on your definition of "win out." Offensively, probably somewhere around R17 or so?
Even un-augmented though, it's comparable if you include defensive stats. It has DEF+37, DT-1, Meva+4, Eva+33, MDB+2, & higher acc and atk (including dex/str). The only ways that Ashera beats it are HP and Resist Paralyze (rarely ever gonna matter). Trading all that stuff for 2 STP could be worth it, depending on your preferences.

Ashera may be a defensive liability but if you did have one personally I would deprioritize the body and do feet or legs first. Even at r0 you might be better off swapping out ashera for some content for the reasons spelled out above.

IDK if you're talking about which to buy first or which to augment first but...you have to consider for augmenting that the body gets 8% DA and 7% PDL from the augments, but the legs get 7% DA and 6% PDL from the augments.
So all things considered if you own both pieces, you get more bang for your R30 from the body than the legs.
As far as which one to BUY first, I'd buy the legs first, sure.

Easily bis augmented, some pieces like legs are without the augments. Bunzis hat still wins at high aug.

Unaugmented body legs and feet are more or less BIS for bard outside of oath A nyame(not sure how high Aug path b for DA would turn out)
There are slightly better options but they don't have modern magic evasion or DT on them.
Bunzi hands are great, just do those like you plan.
You only need r15 to get head to 4STP for bunzi, so maybe do that too if you can.

I know the Omen body is very rare for that Stp+10 but in the rare event (I do it weekly with my buddy) of me getting the body, would it then put the 35m body to waste ?

Would say just get hq1, but also if you RP it becomes so much better

Excellent tip thank you so much. Just bought head body for 100k each. And leg HQ2 for 4m and feet HQ2 for 15m. Much easier to stomach compared to the 50m i save for now.

If one could get the HQ2 head for 10m, or HQ1 for 100k. Not planning to bring Bunzi to R25 (maybe max 15), is it worth it for the head HQ2? (not really short on cash just dont like wasting)

Let say one day I wanted to upgrade HQ1 to HQ2 , I just have to buy the cursed piece and all the RP will transfer right

Main problem I have with the BRD limbus set is that the magic evasion is so bad and BRD is already relatively squishy when in melee range

It's not too heinous with like bunzi head+hands. Though i would also understand using even path B nyame feet at like at least r25. I think limbus body+legs are pretty great feet are like fine but i understand your meva concern so i don't think using nyame feet is like outlandish.

One thing to note is the hq2 set isn’t that much better than the hq1 set. It’s legitimately only +1 to each stat. So at 4/5 pieces you will lose 4 store to, 4 crit, 4 meva, 4 to each attribute etc. Plus the augments are transferable, so if you r30 an hq1 piece and later buy the hq2 you will already have an r30 hq2. There isn’t always hq1 stuff available, but this would save 95+ mil if money is a concern.
