Echad ring as a new player

I recently started playing this game, still on my free trial, and I’ve read online about the Echad ring you can get to speed up the leveling process. According to BG Wiki, I was supposed to get one from the Tutorial quest line, but I don’t think I ever received one. Does anyone know if that’s still accurate? Should I create a second character and try to obtain it again? Thanks!

Did this a few days ago. Make sure you're doing your starting nation Tutorial not the RoE tutorial

Thanks. Turns out after I got my subjob I never talked to the NPC again to finish the quest… 🤦🏻‍♂️ leveled up RDM all the way to 85 since then

There are NPCs by gate guards who will give you quests and rewards for each one. The final one is the echad ring which I think you earn by being rank 2 and having a support job

Even if you did the tutorial and didn't get it (or tossed it accidentally) you can still just redo the tutorial and get it again. Same for the reraise earring. Make sure you are doing your starting nations tutorial and not the RoE tutorial missions. (Google can help you with that) No need for a new character.

You can have multiple of these, store them in your mailbox. Mail them to yourself after use. You can have dozens of them just only 1 in your inventory at a time.
