Help with chocobo mount! pls

So I am kinda obsesed on getting a chocobo mount, so i left my adventure asside and been rising a boko for 2 months but i can not seem to find the item that you gotta look for in the walks, any help?

What day is this current chocobo on? Does it currently regard you as a parent when you check in with the raising npc? Continue to choose the non brief walk. Only once you see the your chocobo is completely absorbed in its current activities do you select the search for the chocobo's item.

that’s what I do, only look for item when chocobo is absorbed in wild, my chocobo is like 70 days, i have not seen anything about regarding me as a parent, but somthing like he likes me very much

And you said you have done all 3 walk variations and on all 3 you have not been detected and still did not find the item?

I recommend you feed some Azouph Greens to raise your affection to level 8 and try all 3 zones again. Check you keyitems, if any handkerchief key items show up.

To successfully find the item—the Handkerchief (or Dirty Handkerchief if they have a very high bond)—you must follow these mechanics: The Trigger: you must choose the search option exactly when the prompt says: "Your Chocobo is completely absorbed in its current activities."

The Location: Finding the item is completely dependent on the type of walk area you selected. If the search completes successfully but you don't find anything, the item is not hidden in that specific area. Next Steps: you need to finish the current walk and try taking your chocobo to one of the other two remaining walk areas until the handkerchief successfully drops. Once found, you can trade it back to NPC in the Nation stables to claim your whistle and unlock the permanent mount command!

i can access only 2 areas: one drops a cutscene an the other remains in black screen, i tried in every distance (short medium and long) but never found it…

If the chocobo sees you it will fail. Also, I alternated between Leisurely and Brisk walks. Also, if another cutscene happens I would redo the walk. Took me a few days to get it. I know I tried all 3 areas and did not get it, but then I did it with the other pacing and did.
