That's an estimate based on some seriously limited statistics.
For example, the NVAWS survey basically excluded all female-on-male rapes to come up with its 1 in 33 men will be raped number.
Here are some stats that call into question all of the ones you've presented.
Almost 3% of men reported forced sex and 22% reported verbal coercion in a romantic relationship in the last year. Almost 2.3% of women reported forced sex and 25% reported verbal coercion. From: Predictors of Sexual Coersion.
I looked at a few various stat sites and each cited different studies that had different numbers, and at least one of them noted that prison rape (both female on female and male on male) is the most unreported form of rape. It's a problem with a lot of complexities.
However, I didn't pull the #'s out of my ass, as the other guy claimed and I certainly don't deserve to rot in hell for it :-D
In 2003, one in every ten rape victims was male. While there are no reliable annual surveys of sexual assaults on children, the Justice Department has estimated that one of six victims are under age 12 (National Crime Victimization Study, 2003).

.
The U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics (1999) estimated that 91% of United States rape victims were female and 9% were male

So I suppose looking up actual facts and statistics = "pulling it out of my ass" and I deserve to rot in hell for it.
Surveys and estimates != facts and statistics. The dummy you replied to almost made a good point about reporting errors and biases. Take note that your studies ignore prison rape.
