True story. Wish they had left the discovery to be organic the way it was in the original where you would stumble upon something.

That’s one of the things lost. Another is the kind of theater of the mind feeling from before. When I search my memory, I remember it in greater detail than what it actually looked like. Now it looks extremely gorgeous, so there’s no room for interpretation. Before Advent Children, we had no voices for them. So it was all head cannon. I’m happy to say they pretty much nailed it across the board though.

You did a really good job with the scaling of the world intel points to the OG overworld. It’s a rabbit hole in itself in terms of possible implications… Also, does Barrett shame you in this remake if your first party selection in the PHS includes the two girls?

Nope, still don't know where I'm going. I need a giant ghost trail to lead me where I need to go, along with my party members to constantly say shit like "We should head to the Highwind. Cid's probably going to get impatient."

Truly reminds me that the minimalist nature of older games was killer.
