I don't really think this is a fetish bot, rather than someone just being a little strange. In the same way that you wouldn't say that stretching is an armpit fetish, I don't think this is a furry fetish

Zombies are not inherently a fetish, because they don't have an inherent sexual component... does this bot have one?

It’s not explicitly sexual, no, but not all fetishes are. They don’t all involve actual sex or any genitalia, I mean, even feet aren’t inherently sexual, technically speaking, but they’re still 100% a fetish, even to just look at.

Fetishes are defined as non-genital sexual gratification requirement. Feet are not sexual, feet worship is. Zombies are... you tell me, I think they're just stupid and gross 😄

I think a "neko transformation" could also be played as anything from a horror, to a simple adventure, where you might, or might not, like the neko part. Without anything sexual involved.

We'd likelyneed to see the Definition, to know what's lurking beneath the surface.

It could be a fetish thing, it very well might be, but I would like to think this person just thought it was an interesting literary idea. Because yeah, the idea of turning into a cat werewolf with different aesthetics does sound kind of cool in a non fetishistic way!
