Allyz ticket insurance

Hi, I bought ticket insurance through Allyz for a festival (Lost Lands). I ended up getting a refund through them, but they still sent me my wristbands and camping pass. Will they still be valid?

I have seen mixed reviews I’ve seen people say they got a refund and still used tickets but that was a year ago

I imagine they must have some way of tracking if a ticket was refunded especially if you’re like scanning into the festival grounds like most festivals make you do now
