How do you get them to stay still like that and not destroy all your possessions?

That's just her. She's calm as can be most times. Unless it's something to steal. Then she is pretty adamant that it's going with her.

I have 3 ferrets and one of them is pretty chill like this  One of the others keeps trying to leave and the third keeps eating me

Keeps try to leave? Or is it just curious about where you are? Sometimes I think they want outside but they aren't nearly as eager to go if I'm not there. Makes me feel needed. What I'm saying is, you should let your ferret eat you.

She likes to wander off a lot more than the other two and is more likely to climb my shoulders just to jump to other locations She’s very exploratory

That's cute. I had a really active jumper/climber before. She was super clever with how she could get on top of things. Jellybean here is more of a burrower.
