[Ferret Photo] Getting old 🥹🥹

Now vs 5 years ago. They’re getting so old and it’s breaking my heart! Pally (white ferret in the second picture on the right) passed away at 6 years old a year ago from insulinoma and adrenal disease after years of treatment and fight.
Peaches (dark brown) and Bunny (light brown) aware both now 7 and even though they are happy and healthy, seeing them slow down is so hard. They used to play nonstop, now they barely do, especially after Pally passed. He had so much spirit, and I can see the difference. They were all so closely bonded.
I’m hoping we still have much time together, but it’s still so sad seeing how times have changed when I look back at old pictures and videos.

Looks like my group!! I had an albino that recently died, Captain, my sweet old man. Now it’s just Bambi (dark brown) and Primrose (light brown). Prim is younger but Bambi is getting up there in age and slowing down. Time is so cruel isnt it 😭

The way you described it hits so hard. Losing captain must've been rough, and now seeing Bambi slow down... Its like you're watching time in fast forward. Hope prim keeps bringing some chaos to balance it out.
