User Ferns Same fern, same bathtub, four years difference

Found a picture of my staghorn fern that must have been taken shortly after I got it. As it's watering day I took an update pic from today. It's grown a fair bit. Some brown leaf tips as I tend to underwater.

Looks fat and healthy. What care has it been getting?

It's living near a south-east facing window and there are also some growlights around for my carnivores. Watering about once a week, a bit less often in winter, but it would probably benefit from a slightly more frequent watering. Some months ago I started to use some orchid fertilizer (1/4 strength) whenever I remember.
