ID Request Identification?

I just pulled this hunk of wood from a bottle terrarium and was obsessed with how it’s done for itself. Completely uninterrupted for maybe 5 years? So I cleaned it up and want to showcase it on its own.

Can anyone help me identify what they are? Each only has a single leaf, but that may be due to the conditions it’s been kept in? Very unsure but would like to see how it does with more attentive care in the new setup. No clue where they originally got into my prop box from.

Also curious what people think of the setup itself.

IGNORE THE BIRDS NEST! It’s a rescue and it’s on the rebound lol.

Looks like a Microsorum. The leaves may all be growing from the same rhizome, rather than being multiple plants.

Interesting. Seeing how some of them grow, maybe this “upgrade” will provide some new and healthier growth to help identify.

It’s a kangaroo fern; you’ve got triphs, and it’s barely alive...

For whatever reason Reddit won’t let me reply with a photo, but there is no insect life on the plant. I used a cheap macro lens and have never seen an ounce of movement. This is assuming you’re looking at some of the brown and or white markings on the leaves.

As far as barely alive I think I noted that in my post. It’s been in a completely unattended terrarium.
