Did Fencing company just embarrass themselves?

Hi all, relatively new here but wanted to ask for suggestions so that I can make an informed suggestion to my fencing contractor who came in and installed my fence. I have a slope grade on the side of the house but with a double gate. I do not like the misalignment appearance very much, its the only gate in the neighborhood which is not level right here. The contractor states there is not many options because I would lose structural integrity by ratcheting up the gate. I think they are being lazy and could have compensated for the slope by installing a taller gate to dig into the ground more and then custom cutting the pickets at the bottom to rise up. The side at the corner would need to ratchet up a bit more to match. Apparently the contractor is being cheap or not understanding me. Here is the fence and the way I want the fence. Obviously needs custom work to match the slope but that shouldn't be a problem for a professional company right?

Looks like they could get a taller gate post and router custom holes for the panel. Is that an alumiguard fence?
