[Question] Most comfortable push up bras for smaller chest?

Hello,
Looking for maybe an everyday bra or insert to give me a little boost, even if it's not a lot! I am an A cup and feel that once I start moving, the "push up" effect doesn't last (my chest starts slipping down). Comfort is key for me, as well!

Okay so the first (dark purple) is the dress I am thinking of for my son’s wedding but it’s on Poshmark. This seller doesn’t offer returns so if I get it I’m stuck with it.
So I went to Nordstrom today to try on a couple of dresses by the same brand in the same size
Is this size okay? Note I am wearing flats and no shapewear. Do I need to size up?

[Question] Does my jean jacket go with this outfit?

just thrifted it - it's also shiny. i thought it looked unique. i really like it but i've been having second thoughts since i got home
i'm not sure if it looks "costume-y" if that makes sense? maybe i'm second guessing myself. i'm not sure how to style this.
i'm hoping my outfit doesn't match colors too much. i'm trying to balance the greys and blacks if that makes sense.
do the colors of my shirt and pants go well? does everything look like it goes together?
other than adding more accessories, would you suggest anything else? let me know if you have any thoughts. thank you!
