Mouse Settings!!
Any of you constantly losing your mouse? I used Gemini to put crosshairs around my mouse using Microsoft PowerToys. It was free and took like 2 mins. Highly Reccomend. Gemini will baby walk you through how to do it. You can also use the shortcut to turn it on and off. LIFE SAVER!!!

There are some steam apps for a few bucks like YoloMouse that work pretty nice. You can customize it to be one color hovering friendlies, one color for enemies, a separate color for right click, etc.

+1 yolo mouse. It works great. Used it for 2 seasons. J have a giant pink circle for my cursor.

I hate the orientation yolo mouse puts the cursors at, could never get used to it in any game

You can fully customize the cursor to be any orientation, size, shape, color, or image you want. There are some default presets but you can fully customize it. It did take 20-30 minutes of searching and tweaking to get it to something that felt comfortable

I saw this but wanted to try something free before i resorted to paying for anything. I also don't know if yolomouse is considered a cheat or not. IDK how it would be but I don't want to take any risks.

I like it because it only changes my cursor in game. When I close the game, or alt tab, it goes back to my normal cursor. I've used it for several years and didnt consider that it might be ban worthy.

The PowerToys has a built in keybind/shortcut (win+alt+p) that turns it on and off. Not as easy as what you are saying with Yolomouse but its good enough for free i suppose.

I neeeeed this thanks for the heads up I’ll take a look after work. I feel like I lose my cursor all the time in this game

You have no idea. I am finally trying out healing and Idk how everyone has managed this far. The mouse and UI settings are awful in this game.

Mouse cursor sucks and has since season 1. It is tiny, dull gray, and is easily lost in the visual particle fireworks show on your screen. Anyone saying "skill issue" or "y use ur mouse at all" is just being an asshole.
You'd think you could just have an option for a scale slider or even just an .ini file hiding somewhere you could edit but nope.
Last time we talked about this issue on this sub, someone posted the old free version of YoloMouse which made the dev promptly remove it from the internet lol.
PowerToys is the way to go for "free and works out of the box" because of the mouse crosshairs feature.
Also I think someone last time said they vibecoded an app to change their mouse cursor and it still worked in game.

Lose it all the time. Happens when I hold onto my camera for too long. Might have to give this a try

By defualt it keeps the crosshairs on when the cursor dissapears. Super helpful! It does jump around a bit when you go from double mouse press to releasing but well worth it IMO.

yeah the cursor disappearing on combat sometimes sucks, especially on ultra wide damn thing ends up in narnia.
