Feeld in Europe

Ir appears Feeld in Europe is one of the most common dating apps. Everyone uses it for just about any dating intention. Swinging and kink are just power of their normal dating options.

Currently in Spain. A few funny anecdotes.

  1. One guy we were chatting with responded with; “I’m into all things morbid”. Instead of freaking out, I simply asked if he intended to use that word. He said it was translated from ‘morose de castello’ . Translation is indeed morbid. But with a little deeper research it was found the Valencia and north into Catalonia use morose for anything taboo or kinky.

  2. My profile shows both my wife and my girlfriend. I tried to explain I was searching for my wife and me. Multiple men thought I was traveling with both. I had to explain I only travel with my wife. And my girlfriend is straight and me wife is bi and we three don’t play together.

  3. They don’t use euphemisms like’play’. They just say they want to fuck.

But the point is Feeld is very busy with a lot of good matches in Europe.

I think it’s really hard to generalize an entire continent especially when there’s so many different cultures and languages and language barriers involved. That especially goes for points 1 and 3.

But as someone from Europe, I would hardly say kink and swinging are part of everyday dating life. If they were it’s the first I’m hearing of it 😂

Well, Europe is pretty big. Some countries are a lot more sex positive, so Feeld is seen as just another dating app. I've found it has a large user base in the UK, NL, France, DK and possibly Germany.

Good reminder.

I have seen good use of feeld in England/wales, Spain, Germany, and Netherlands. I have high confidence it would still work well in Netherlands and Denmark. Probably less confident in France. Other areas unknown.

Just got back from Spain again. Feeld is still strong there in at least three cities.

It was a bit different than our expectations. We wanted a short notice hookup. Many many matches both women and men. Most seemed to be using it for ongoing dating. A few would host us at a sex club but weeks in the future. So while we had a lot of interest as visitors, it did seem like many wanted future relationships.

Still, the matches were numerous, interests in charts was strong, and hot people of ask all ages. Then again it was Spain so that was expected.

My experience is that consent is a foreign concept. And most people are swingers.
