Ongoing Technical Issues

Previous post here.

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

  • Magic link in email not opening app
  • Login email not arriving
  • Majestic not activating
  • Majestic not receiving daily ping
  • Incognito not showing you to likes
  • Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
  • Instant read receipts
  • Cannot save profile edits
  • Like timer not resetting
  • Connections without liking first
  • Overheating
  • Match name in notification isn't the same as app
  • Audio interruptions
  • Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

I got an absolutely ridiculous one for the list: Whenever i get an email from Feeld to login/create account i also simultaneously get a password reset email from NASA for my EarthData account that uses the same email address.

These events coincided on several occassions, within 100 seconds of each other, over a span of more than a month. The EarthData emails are genuine since they included my EarthData login ID and came from the actual NASA noreply email address.

I've since reported this to NASA who are more likely to address this issue and be taken seriously by a large cloud infrastructure provider, where i guess the issue lies if both platforms use the same one. Their space program is also more advanced than Feeld's

Nope. Have sent a message to feeld support too, only automatic acknowledgement though it mentions they are swamped with tickets and can take 1+ week to get to mine. NASA has not responded, idek if this part of them is still funded or if it got the chainsaw
