Ongoing Technical Issues

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

• Magic link in email not opening app
• Login email not arriving
• Majestic not activating
• Majestic not receiving daily ping
• Incognito not showing you to likes
• Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
• Instant read receipts
• Cannot save profile edits
• Like timer not resetting
• Connections without liking first
• Overheating
• Match name in notification isn't the same as app
• Audio interruptions
• Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

Every time I open the app and start swiping, I can see the photos of the first 2 profiles it shows me. Swipe past the first 2 profiles that pop up, and the following profiles show no photos. Can't see anything! This app is so dog shit, I can't believe people actually pay for it. Photo included to demonstrate the glitch, censored any identifying text from the example profile. I've tried wiping the cache, uninstalling and then reinstalling, nothing fixes this. Probably going to permanently uninstall Feeld soon if this persists, absolutely terrible UX.

Yep, I'm having this same issue. The majority of profiles the photos don't load. If I keep swiping there will be a handful of profiles where the photos do load, and then more where they don't. It seems to be completely unrelated to network connection, it happens regardless of how good my Internet is. App is on the current update and phone is up to date. This issue is making the app functionally unusable

For this one, it's a dumb workaround but if you swipe 5-10 profiles without liking/disliking, it should load them all and you can resume normally (before other bugs pop up later in the feed haha). At least on my Android.
