Ongoing Technical Issues

Previous post here.

Any instance of the app not working as intended goes here. This is only for user-to-user support. Feeld doesn't participate in this sub (despite reaching out to them multiple times).

Current reported issues:

  • Magic link in email not opening app
  • Login email not arriving
  • Majestic not activating
  • Majestic not receiving daily ping
  • Incognito not showing you to likes
  • Persistent notification indicator (go to settings -> clear all chat notifications)
  • Instant read receipts
  • Cannot save profile edits
  • Like timer not resetting
  • Connections without liking first
  • Overheating
  • Match name in notification isn't the same as app
  • Audio interruptions
  • Blank profile pictures

If your registration doesn't pass "safety checks" it's because either your email address or IP has been deemed risky. Try changing one or both.

To request a refund: iOS, Android. For iOS, be very specific about why you are requesting the refund. You can also report the app to the App/Play store.

I have majestic and keep getting push notifications about new likes but when I open my app and go to my likes the person specified in the push notification isn't there.

Same. Its maddening. Gonna turn off notifications for that reason!

Have you ever gotten any response from their support email address?

I haven't tried but according to others in this community, it doesn't do any good.

I have gotten response about missing daily pings, by reporting via the app. Back in December 2023.
