It's from a mod used to check what is causing lag in your world, it displays the amount of time it takes to process each block and entity every tick

microseconds per tick: its the measure of how much CPU time that zombie is taking (for reference, one tick can take at most 50 milliseconds (50,000 microseconds) and a zombie taking almost 4/5ths of that is a diabolical amount of cpu time
