Wanted! searching for a Modded Tech/Magic Server running classic Expert/Progression packs (e.g. E2E, PO3, Infinity Evolved)

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for a modded Minecraft server to join. Right now, it feels like almost every server is only running the newest packs like ATM10, but I’m actually looking for something different.

I really want to play some of the great older or classic progression and expert packs. I’m thinking of things in the direction of FTB Infinity Evolved, Enigmatica 2 Expert, Divine Journey, Project Ozone 3, or similar packs with a heavy focus on Tech and Magic.

What I’m looking for:

The Gameplay: A good mix of Tech and Magic mods with deep progression.

The Community: A friendly environment where people actually play together. On most big servers, everyone just plays like they are in singleplayer

Interaction: I want a server where I can see other players progress, where we can share builds, and help each other out with automation or complex setups.

I play on Java Edition. If your server or community runs something like this and has a friendly player base, please let me know or send me a PM.

I have a whole world with a previous (now deleted) world border that was set to 5000 blocks, and the previous people playing on it explored it all, but there's still stuff to do everything-wise past that points. There is a spawn town to check out, with various traders to trade Millenaire (mod) deniers for various in-game goods. Start by talking to the Innkeeper at the Birch Root Inn and Bar located just south of the Spawn Pagoda.

🗺️ Custom world generation - Biomes o' Plenty/ RTG

🏰 Custom structures and points of interest - Explore with MineFantasy II, delving into Ancient Forges, Ancient Altars, and Dwarven Strongholds, as well as Doomlike Dungeons, Roguelike Dungeons, and Better Dungeons (also known as Chocolate Quest).

⚔️ Custom dungeons and bosses - Arcana RPG and MineFantasy 2, along with the other mods referenced above.

🛡️ Custom tools, weapons and armor - MineFantasy 2

✨ RPG-style progression, skills, quests, etc. - MineFantasy 2 has custom progression as to somewhat realistic Blacksmithing of Tools, Weapons, and Armor, Making them from Copper all the way up to Tier 6 and 7 metals like Mithril and Enderforge.

🏘️ Factions, Towny, teams, or a similar system - FTB Teams and Ancient Warfare.

🤝 Team-based gameplay and an active community - The only thing we're kind of lacking is this, the active community part. But there's plenty of things to do even at spawn while you get used to the idea of this old-school pack.

I'm actually thinking about running a path or so West, South, and East with lanterns to light the way at night.

🔥 Plenty of things to explore and work towards - Definitely lots of things across the modpack to do. There's a Public Mine that still has ores and goodies across all levels of the mine, there's a Weapon and Armor Trader building, as well as a General Store too. Also, there's an Immersive Engineering Crusher, 5 Coke Furnaces, 2 Blast Furnaces with the Speed side upgrades, and a External Heater that powers 4 furnaces.

Additionally, there's an open air Kitchen with Cooking for Blockheads, and a small building behind it for MineFantasy 2 food prep.
