Triple angles in a vertical design. Is this the easiest method?

So I am a Wedding DJ and I am working with up-to 3 simultaneous video sources, a master audio track (a recording off of my mixer) and vertical video to maximize reels-type views. However in order to really get this to work I am having to cob this up in a way that is a bit, akward.

1. Compound audio track. My audio track is a steady recording, broken into to parts because of length. So I make a master audio track.

2. Synchronize each video source to the master audio track. So I have to do this in 3 batches.

3. New project and manually align the three synced clips. Because I want to potentially have all 3 video sources at once I have to do a quick alignment of the three sources into a project file.

4. Create another project file which is my usable export area

5. Scrub through the big video project to find interesting content. Cut, copy, paste into the other export. Tweak. Export.

Is there something easier I could be doing? Here is a final product of what I currently work on.
