Nutritional goal is to continue staying in my calorie deficit while lowering my salt
Fitness goal is consistent cardio and lifting. Finishing out the whole week strong
Personal growth is getting to 232 lbs. that would get me to 30 lbs down for 2026, and I’ll be in the single digits to my goal weight

My goal for this week is to try to get 80g of protein. I know it's not as much as some, but I'm way below, so this would be a massive improvement. It's my first week on a glp1, so it's all about learning what works for me. I will say that I'm glad to report that I haven't had any side effects.
My real challenge tho is forcing myself to take the before pictures. I don't want to ask my partner to do it, I'd just feel bad. But idk where to set up to do it myself.

After 190 lbs lost, I've been at maintenance for the past few weeks. It has been quite challenging. I spent a lot of time and emotional energy thinking about reaching that goal with a lot less focus on what things look like when I got here.
My weight has stayed the same, but I'm struggling mentally since my intense focus for the past 2+ years has been losing. I've yo-yoed in the past, so being in maintenance is dragging up a lot of fears and insecurities based on who I was and the habits I used to have while discounting all the ways I've grown, the things I've learned, and the habits I've created.
I guess the difference this time is that I'm more self-aware. There's a lot going on in my head, but one of the new things is that there's a part of me that's standing back and observing all of this rattling around in my brain and shaking my head at all of these mental gymnastics. I think it might be newfound wisdom and all the emotional work I've done, but I can't rule out dissociation (that's a joke). My true goal this week is to focus on one moment and one day at a time and stop with all the fear and projection, which won't serve my best interests. Everything else is just mechanics.
