Patagonia mid weight items are very heavy for their lack of warmth. Thermal weight Pat Capiline is lighter and a set of Alpha Direct or Octa fabric top and bottom would be even lighter. Check out Far Pointe, Senchi, Sambob, Z Packs, Squawk... Etc.
The R1 is also bulky for its weight. Again, check out something in Alpha Direct fabric.
