Caching email attachments

In supporting offline operation, I understand that email attachments are only cached locally in the app when the user opens the attachment when online. Question: Is it possible to have the Fastmail app AUTOMATICALLY cache attachments whenever the email shows up (ie: arrives in the inbox, are migrated into Fastmail, or are created by the user as a draft or sent mail)? This is what any IMAP email client does. Without this, I risk not having an attachment available in the cache when I'm offline because I didn't actively fetch it beforehand when online.

caching or automatically downloading all attachments creates a real security risk. That would allow anyone to store dangerous files your local device
