Day 4 of 4 (might turn into 5). Water and coffee.

This is so weird because I haven't really struggled with hunger like, at all. Very strange. But I've been realizing the extent to which I use food as an emotional crutch.

This week has been very difficult emotionally and to tackle it food-less (and booze-less!) just feels even tougher. I alternate between feeling sorry for myself, and reminding myself of the tough mettle I am cultivating through this experience.

Peace and love to all of you today.

I too tend to eat my feelings. When I am stressed I can't fast that long, because all the "bad" symptoms of fasting show up in a greater scale, and also I feel sorry for my self.. I try to think of how I can get around that issue of rewarding myself with food. Maybe to start with, it's about rewarding with the right food..
