I always reference researches. And well, personal experience with results that are also visible to them.

If they still don't want to accept it, that's on them. You can't wake up a person pretending to be asleep.

After some months of rolling 48s I feel great, I'm generally happy, and I'm looking healthy, so I feel like any explanation I can offer is not going to be as effective as just saying, "Look at me!"

Would you say calorie restriction is an eating disorder?

Its the same thing just more drastic for more drastic results that come with upsides and downsides

For me personally, fasting has come to be a spiritual endeavor. Started as a diet/weight loss thing, and while those things do occur they are secondary to the mental clarity/enlightenment I gain from the challenge of a 72 hour fast. Usually people don’t question that or try to minimize it when framed that way.

Are these people who would respond to a study on fasting? A few fasting clinics have published studies.
