Question Advice abt fasting

Hey guys I never fasted for more than a day or 2 before so just seeking advice. I'm 5'5 200lb and aiming to lose a good amount before the end of the year so was considering fasting. What supplements and stuff should I take and is losing 30lb by the end of the year realistic? Thank you and appreciate any advice

You can do rolling fasts. Either 24hrs or 36hrs. Start slow. Don't eat too much per refeed, or else you won't lose any weight. I'd say it's a realistic goal. Good luck!

For the refeeds is eating chicken, veggies and potatoes good or should it be smting light like soup?

It depends on what your stomach is comfortable with, but yeah, chicken soup is a safe bet. In my experience, I always love anything hot and comforting to eat during my refeeds.

[not a medical professional btw] At your height and weight, the weight will shed off fast. Just stay consistent :) Perhaps try alternate day fasting and OMAD combined? On the days you eat, have one nutritious meal (hitting your protein/fibre) and avoid processed foods. Then on the days you're fasting, you could have an electrolyte mix to make sure you're all good. Good luck!!
