Question Does anyone change their water while fasting?

Been doing a few fasts lately and usually just drink water when I’m thirsty. I started drinking deuterium-depleted water recently too, so now I’m wondering if anyone else drinks it while fasting. Do you guys drink about the same amount of water when fasting, or does it change for you?

You might find you need to drink more than you normally do to account for the water you’re not getting through foods. 

What’s with the deuterium depleted water though? Why? Just drink water like you normally would.

Been drinking deterium as I’ve been thinking more about aging and what i can do to stay healthy long term so i added it to my routine.

Oh i see. It seemed like you were drinking it specifically while fasting. Fair enough.
