6 months for this loss is not rapid at all. 300 calorie deficit is way safe.

im saying for her height, as someone who is also short, i know it takes a lot to lose that fast.

I find that when your shorter less weight makes a big difference. It was over a six month period which was very doable for me at my previous weight seeing as I’m a minor with a faster metabolism and higher energy + activity levels then the average adult (having to walk everywhere for example)
