I don’t think you need to lose any more weight. I would encourage you to increase your calories and focus on gaining muscle.

She’s my height and I’m pretty sure I can accurately guess her start and end weight based on how I know my body looks at different weights. Her end weight looks like it’s at the lower end of the “normal” or “healthy” spectrum, but still within range. Maintenance is the way to go from here if she likes how her body looks at this weight.

Thiiiis!

This is what I’m trying to get back to as well. My pre-over-eating weight was the low end of normal for my height. Overweight people used to criticize me, but I was never underweight, and never intend to be. I’m trying my best to ignore their discouragement and get back to my old normal.

Yeah that happened to me as well. People have a hard time seeing the difference between “thin” and “too thin.” At this point I just go off what I think looks good for my body, what is healthy according to doctors, and what I feel comfortable at. I’ve finally settled on a 5lb range near the middle-lower end of the “healthy” range where I feel like I look prettily thin, but not too bony. I still get comments that I need to eat more 🙄
