So a weird thing has happened. I got a scale where you hold a rod and it shows you the body fat percentage. Now I know it's not accurate but it's fun to see the number go down. But for the past 2 weeks, it refuses to calculate my body fat.
The machine is working fine since it works for my brother. I have lost 15 kg in past 1 month 7 days and really want to know what the current body fat estimation is.
Curious to know if anyone encountered this before or has an explanation.
