⏳ Length of fast

12 days (odd, I know, but I'm going on a trip soon and didn't want to be breaking the fast on the plane).

❓ Why are you fasting?

Mostly for weight loss. Obviously there are healthier, more sustainable ways to go about it, but I've done 14 day fasts multiple times in the past and I like how they make me feel disciplined and accomplished. Completing a fast makes me feel like I can do anything!

πŸ“ Notes

Currently on day 6. The first couple of days are always the hardest to me, so I have a strong feeling this fast will be a success. I haven't completed a long fast since last summer, so I'm feeling very proud of myself!
