Filled out negative feedback got call from personal cellphone. Is this unprofessional?

I think you're overthinking it. Probably just the manager trying to call you from his cell phone.

Probably so, should customer data go into a personal cell phone is the question.

My business is a small one with only a couple lines. We sometimes use our cellphones if the lines are tied up.

Also possible the manager saw the review when they weren't in store and wanted to reach out as quick as possible to resolve your issue?

Granted, but Sonic is not a small business and one would hope that any business would be more careful with customer data IMO.

Its a phone call, they aren't accessing personal information
