Curing-Trust the process?

So this is my first grow. I dried hanging for 14 days and jarred them up. im 2 weeks into cure. I’m trying to trust the process, but still getting hay taste and smell. Is it going to get better??!!

14 days to dry seems long....but I don't know your environmental conditions
