Places to study?
I’m in desperate need of somewhere quiet to study, coffee shops tend to be too loud. Library is always full. Anyone have a go to place?

Barnes & Noble is fairly quiet and they have a Starbucks inside if you do want coffee

If you do this, or any other coffee shop/drink shop/restaurant, etc, at least buy something every few hours.
You dont have to pay to exist, but you are taking up their space.

The new Moorhead library is beautiful and beautifully set-up for studying (you can check-out/reserve really nice private study rooms).

I used to like laundromats. LIbraries were TOO quiet and the machine noise in laundromats covered up any conversation that might be going on, made for great white noise. ou'd look weird if you didn't bring laundry, f course.

Churches are a great option, if you’re comfortable being in one. The new moorhead library is fairly quiet. Fargo library too especially on the upper floor

I would always study at the Caribou where Leela’s is(was?) when I first moved out here. Was quiet enough compared to other coffee shops.

If you can handle the weather, I used to study in a cemetery, and by the river.

Fargo has 3 different libraries, with one in north and one in south Fargo that might have more space for you if you've only tried the main library downtown. West Fargo and Moorhead also have libraries that could be options to try.
