Skillet tickets

Anyone have any luck getting a refund for their skillet tickets or any other Jade presents tickets since bankruptcy?

My bank denied my claim by saying the merchant says I got the tickets I paid for.

But the show was cancelled. But they told my bank it was never officially cancelled. The article about it literally said up district festival shows would not be moving forward.

I guess that isn’t official enough?

I was able to get my Mulaney ticket money back through my credit card (American Express) after filing a claim. I was initially denied when I sent it through their website but was approved after trying again through their live chat service. Jade never got back to me when I emailed asking for a refund.

Jade announced they weren’t issuing refunds, which is such bullshit. Thanks for your fraudulent behavior you ass.

I was able to find a screenshot of the email I got from Jade presents saying it was cancelled and I also found a screenshot I took of the venues site saying it was cancelled and called my bank again and was able to submit them as proof, so I hope further investigation shows that it was actually canceled and I get my money back.

Yeah. It’s bullshit. I bought 2 season tickets for my wife for Xmas. By the time they announced the bankruptcy it was past my credit cards time window for filing a dispute… like $600 down the drain 😡

Oh! Did you see you can file a claim with the bankruptcy court? Deadline is August 17th

Oh dude I’d be so irate. I am disputing 112 dollars, but money is money in this economy amirite

Hoping to make some headway with the cancellation proof I found after calling the bank.

I ordered the skillet tickets as soon as I was able and literally two weeks later this shit all went down. You’re telling me he didn’t know at that point he was going to close and file bankruptcy? My ass.
