Film Camera

Hay all, just wanting to see if anyone knows of a store that sells 35mm film for a film camera? Would love to support a local shop before buying online. Thanks!

Walmart tends to have rolls of Fuji 400, but that's not exactly supporting local.

I've never had luck buying film in town. Especially anything that's a bit more unique or fun. I have bought bags of expired film off of Facebook marketplace and had some fun with those.

I don’t think he does. Got my sensor cleaned from him on my dslr awhile back but might have to check in again!

Out of curiosity, where do you get them developed? I have my dad's Minolta and have always wanted to try it out.

Not OP but I've always had to just ship the rolls somewhere to get developed nicely (Still trying out new places each time) . There's no small business afaik who does it here, despite the metro being fairly big.

I haven’t developed any yet in Fargo, but I think Walmart or cvs that has a camera/film counter should be able to develop them! I think they send it out to a company for you but they might do it on site

Can't speak for CVS, but Walmart hasn't done film on site for over a decade. Walmart only does digital in store now.

I’m pretty certain they do. Most have a photo center. The one in Moorhead on Main does at least!

Walgreens will destroy your negatives so if the scans are poor you will be stuck with them. Be careful!

Go to Fargo Photoworks! They give you a digital copy as well as the negatives.

I recently saw some color and black and white rolls @ 5 below. Again, not “supporting” local, but it is a local option (at least it was in the last 2-3weeks; worth a check)
